At Chengdu JSY Laser Technology Co., Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Our warranty policy ensures that you receive reliable support for your laser equipment.
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Duration of Warranty
Our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal usage conditions.
1.2 Laser Source Warranty (First 3 Months)
If any quality issues arise with the laser source within the first 3 months of use, we will provide a free replacement with a new laser source.
1.3 Laser Source Warranty (After 3 Months)
If any quality issues arise with the laser source after 3 months but within 2 years, we will provide free repair services to address the problem, provided the issue is not caused by user error or external factors.
2. Exclusions
2.1 User-Related Damage
Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, handling, or maintenance is not covered by the warranty. Any issues caused by external factors, such as electrical surges, water damage, or accidents, will also not be covered.
2.2 Consumables and Accessories
Consumables, including but not limited to lenses, mirrors, and other accessories, are not covered under the warranty.
3. Customer Responsibility for User-Related Damage
In cases where issues arise due to human error or external factors (e.g., improper use or handling), the customer will be responsible for any associated costs, including repair or replacement of parts.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Our Support Team–Please contact our customer service department via email or phone and provide details of the issue you are experiencing.
2. Provide Proof of Purchase–You will need to provide the original purchase receipt or invoice for verification purposes.
3. Return of Product (If Necessary)–If required, you may be asked to return the defective product for inspection. The shipping costs for returns within the warranty period are covered by us; however, for out-of-warranty items, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Repair or Replacement Process
If your product is covered under the warranty, we will either:
- Repair the defective component or laser source.
- Replace the defective component or laser source with a new one of equal or greater value, at our discretion.
Repairs will be made using original parts to ensure the continued performance of the equipment.
6. Warranty Extension
For extended warranty options or additional coverage, please contact our customer service team. We offer optional extended warranty packages tailored to your specific needs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of the product, including any damage to third-party equipment or property.
